The title says it all. I need to reset, restart and reboot this challenge. I have had some accomplishments. I have prepared for and completed 2 ten km. races, I have exercised consistently BUT and it is a very big but I have not been able to consistently keep on track with my food. So what is the plan. The plan is to keep trying. I will not give up. I acknowledge that I am not perfect but I will not give myself permission to give up. I will continue to exercise diligently. I will work at not stress eating. I will work at trying to get better organized about meal planning. Will I still fall off the wagon, probably but I will try to climb back up on that wagon, be kind to the lady in the mirror. Through that kindness I will find the strength to do what is best for me and my body. Eat clean, exercise regularly, get enough sleep. I need to do this for me so that I am here for those around me who are so important to me.
