Mid-Round Assessment - BLC 20

So, part of the weekend challenge is to reassess our goals that we posted at the beginning of the round. I'm unsurprised to find out that I haven't accomplished a single one of them.
Fitness: Goals were to incorporate a regular ST program and work up to a full hour of Tae Bo. I've done neither.
Nutrition: Goals were to cut back on evening snacking, try new recipes and start grocery shopping with a list. My evening snacking has gotten worse and the only time I shopped with a list was when I had a recipe to make for a potluck at work. And I haven't cooked a serious meal in weeks.
Wellness: Goal was to spend less time on the internet. Complete and total fail.
Rewards: Well, I have refined my rewards scale, but I haven't earned any.
I'm not really sure I can even muster up a decent excuse as to why I haven't achieved anything so far this round. Moving forward, I will keep my goals the same, with the exception of my weight loss goal. New goal weight for this round is 189. That's about 10 pounds. I wouldn't set it so high except I'm pretty sure if I get myself back in the habit of drinking the right amount of water, I'll lose about four or five pounds pretty quickly.
