Time to review my weight loss to get healthy & fit plan. I am doing well on fitness part but need to seriously work on nutrition.
My Revised PlanTrack all meals
Reduce eating non-processed meals
Start using Dot calendar every day
Use diary that I just bought
Enter meals in Spark
Take a look at plan in three weeks to see how I am doing and to revise as needed.
