It's hard to believe there are basically only two months left to this year. All those resolutions I made in January 2012 where are they now?
I have kept my exercise goal in spite of health issues and problems with my ankle; I have walked more and started a wonderful (but challenging) pilates class. I have not done as well with eating healthly. I still eat too many fried foods and not enough fruits and vegetables. Still too much eating when I am bored.
For the next two months I resolve to do better on this front. I commit to more fruits and veggies and when I am bored finding something other than eating to do.
I'll report back in 2 months.
