Weigh in this morning: 159.4 lbs.

I'm the lowest I've ever been, the lowest I ever remember being. I can't recall being under 160 pounds. Not ever. Not even 7 years ago when I was 15. NEVER.
I'm so freakin' proud of myself!

I also realized there were some things I was doing wrong in my meal plan. Like putting twice the needed tofu in my morning smoothies. LOL. Fail. I think I'm going too fast when planning my meals and not calculating right. Like yesterday when I made a vegan moussaka, with black beans, I estimated that it would give me 6 portions, and I need half a cup of legumes per portion (so it's one portion of proteins), and I know black kidney beans double when you cook them. But instead of cooking 1,5 cup of beans, to get 3 cups, to get 0,5 cup per portion, I cooked 3 whole cups. So I had 6 cups of cooked beans on my hands. UGH. And I only realized it AFTER the moussaka was all piled up, cooking in the oven. -_- my brain is off.

BUT WHATEVER. There you go, awesome results. I'm sooo motivated right now. Going for a jog tonight. First time in a while - and we only have maybe 2 weeks left before we can't jog outside anymore (because of the snow and cold). I can't believe it's October 22nd already. Where had my time gone?! Halloween is next week - I hope I'll be comfy in the costume I bought (pics I promise!) - and then Christmas will be here before I know it. My parents are coming here, and it'll be my very first Christmas out of my parents' house. I left my parents' house 5 years ago, but still spent every Christmas there for at least a few days. Well this year because of my job I can't, and honestly I didn't feel like it because last year was... bleh. And since both my siblings and I are here in Quebec City well they're coming over to our apartment instead (I live with my sister). UGH, my sister gave me her Christmas mania. NOOOO!

    I always make extra beans and put them in individual servings in the freezer. It makes weeknight meals much easier when you already have beans cooked.

    Way to go!!!!! I hope you treat yourself for this amazing victory! Even if its a nice long soak in the tub after your jog. You deserve it!
