Day 300... need to get back on track

So much has become new habit.... but my sister's wedding has come and gone and that's my last goal marker .... so I have since been indulging and I am not at my goal and I haven't met my next mini-goal- being in the 140s. I need a swift kick and get back on track. This morning I hiked a bit farther and I did a meditation and 20 min calorie burning yoga session.
My mother-in-law was admitted to the hospital
yesterday and now my hubby is on his way down to see her and to take care of my father-in-law. I got in gear and made soups, a quinoa salad and tow loaves of bread. So he has something to start with for meals with his dad. My husband doesn't cook so hopefully his sibling will chip in with meals. I hope my mother-in-law heals quickly and life returns to it's previous pace. My father-in-law can't take care of himself. He is in the last stages of copd. These next weeks are going to be a challenge.
I am still up for making goal by the one year mark... I can do it.
