I find weekends particularly difficult. At work I can control my portions very well, partly because I can limit the foods that are accessible to me. At home ... well, sometimes I snack without thinking, there is a large supply of food available, and there are few incentives to control myself when I feel entitled to relax after a hard week!
I'm thinking that I need to pre-package my snacks at home, so they are easy to grab and easy to control. I recently bought some small circular Gladware dishes that should be PERFECT for dividing up my favorite snacks.
They will also be handy for those nights when we are off to Girl Scouts or piano lessons!
