Trying To Stay On Track.

I've been feeling lately that I am slipping. Working out less (but still daily), eating more (but still staying in my range) but it's just not working well for me. My energy levels are low even though I'm sleeping a full 8 hours at night & my motivation levels are decreasing. I don't even think I've lost any weight in over a week. I keep trying to pull myself out of this mindset I seem to be falling into but it's really hard for some reason. I'm gonna re-dedicate myself to this journey though and refuse to give up. I may not be the best person at always staying on track but I really want to live a healthy, happy life so I'm going to keep pushing! :)
