Revisiting my plan that I made 6 weeks ago for this round I'm very happy to say I'm at the lower end of my maintenance range. I've been very good at tracking my food on Spark, not 100% but closer to 90% and staying in range.
I've gotten rid of my twizzlers that was a food trigger, until my SIL sent some home with my DH, we'd left the bag at their house last summer. Ack! I've only had about 5 pieces in the last two weeks so I feel I'm in control.
I've also managed to stay on track through the weekend, always my downfall. As long as I have a nice meal planned for the weekend DH is less apt to suggest to go out to eat.
My exercise remains spot on, I'm working out 6x a week...still Streaking! I have not increased my cardio as I originally planned to do. I'd still like to add another 15 minutes a day but it's hard to get up any earlier than I already do to exercise.
All in all, I'm happy with my progress this round!
