Yes I am having a hard time lately because I have been dealing with anxiety attacks and depression. Funny how that can even happen when your usually a carefree person. (well,no its not really funny) BUT I'm not going to let it devour me. Everything can turn around in time. So I have to remember have faith and faith will have my back!!!!

Thank you Wislndr and Wrkng2abttrme. Sure does help to have sweet words of encouragement and know I'm not alone in this and people really understand. The anxiety attacks are so scary. Makes you think sometimes something else is wrong with you and feels like your going "crazy". Thank GOD for my doctor and people like you to tell me otherwise!! I think ALOT of my anxiety is coming from the fact that I have to have breast reduction surgery and I've never had surgery in my life and I am totally freaked out about the anesthesia. I'm not usually scared of much but this I am terrified of!!!!

The best lesson I've learned lately is that no matter what challenge is waiting for me, I've been there before and I survived! You're stronger than you give yourself credit for!

I have had anxiety attacks over the years; they first appeared right after my mother died 18 years ago. The dizziness would come out of nowhere and, like you, I was concerned about being in the car and having one come on. It never happened! I was worrying about things that didn't happen!! And one day, they were gone.

Keep your positive attitude going; it will help you in more ways than you can ever know!

Thank you thank you!!! Your words are very encouraging! I did have some anxiety and depression issues after my Dad died from an explosion. I was almost 13. But then after awhile they seemed to get better. Now ,years later, here they come but much worse! This time with alot of dizziness. And scared when in car. Don't even understand it. I did go to the doctor and she said anxiety can make you dizzy. In fact she said it can do alot of things to you! Anyways, thank you so very much and I will not let anxiety win!!

Anxiety attacks and depression can happen to anyone, anytime and regardless of how the rest of their life seems to be. It's not an impossible thing to overcome but it does sometimes need a little nudge from a doc or other professional. I'm glad you're not going to let it get to you. Positive attitudes are so very important so I hope you find a way to hold on to yours! Here's hoping for you! emoticon
