LOVE my Fab 4!!!

I am SO excited to have all of us back together again! Nothing like good buds to keep you and your nonsense and excuses in check!

I've got workouts planned, healthy food stocked and I'm chugging the like nobody's business. I am giving these flabby thighs and saggy gut the what-for! Sometimes I have to laugh at how gung ho I can get while still dreading every workout and plate full of vegetables LOL

Even with the help of the Fabulous 4, I'm still not at the point where all of this is not a struggle. I don't know if I ever will be at that point, but what's different now is that beating back the doubts and laziness FEELS BETTER than giving into it. It's there, the comfy couch, the bag of doritos and cherry coke...they are all there in my head beckoning for me to just give in. But I don't. And every success just feeds the fire for the next success.

Now my girls are with me, and there's nothing we can't do!!!
