Monday goals

Last week was hard for lots of reasons. Usually for me, it's work which causes me to stress eat and drink. I'm also not able to exercise the way I like to (run) because I'm waiting for an MRI for a foot injury. I did cycle on Saturday & get to the gym on Sunday. And get on Spark every day just to check in even if I'm not tracking my food regularly.

Goal this week: get on spark every day!
