Challenge Article #2 Think Yourself Fit

This article was a great reminder for me about the power of positive thinking. There are so many times when I am working that I say "just keep going, you will be so happy when this project is finished". I have thought that before when working out also. There have been times, that I wanted to quit, but I said "just 5 more minutes, it is good for you" and I have done it.
Positive Thinking (or talking to yourself) is so powerful. I went to a pain clinic in 1994 which was based around managing pain and a lot of it was teaching us relaxation techniques to manage pain. This is something that I use every day while working and I have used it to exercise also.
This article talked about visualizing yourself healthy and fit. I can couple this with my information from the pain clinic and positively talk myself right into being healthier and a better grasp on being fit.
