I told myself that Iwas sick all last week. That's why I ate like crap and only did 1 hour of cardio the WHOLE week. That's it. Well in reality I was just being lazy. Well not quite lazy, just burnt out...and lazy. Needless to say by Sunday I was sick. I made myself sick. A week of crap eating and no exercise will do that to you. I know this all to well. Yesterday I ended up being ultra sick. My stomach was in knots and I felt like a bus had hit me. I looked like it was the ugly bus. So long story short, that is out of my system and I will be working hard this week to get back on track!
