Short and Sweet

I told myself that Iwas sick all last week. That's why I ate like crap and only did 1 hour of cardio the WHOLE week. That's it. Well in reality I was just being lazy. Well not quite lazy, just burnt out...and lazy. Needless to say by Sunday I was sick. I made myself sick. A week of crap eating and no exercise will do that to you. I know this all to well. Yesterday I ended up being ultra sick. My stomach was in knots and I felt like a bus had hit me. I looked like it was the ugly bus. So long story short, that is out of my system and I will be working hard this week to get back on track!

A few quick lists to keep me motivated.

This Week's Exercise:
Monday- Crossfit/Weight Training
Tuesday-SPIN/Yoga
Wednesday-STEP/Weight Training
Thurday- SPIN/Yoga
Friday-Cardio Kick
Saturday-Yoga/STEP
Sunday-REST

This Week's Dinners to be Prepared
Tuesday- Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp
Wednesday- Chicken Noodle Soup
Thursday- Marinated Pork Lion with Roasted Parmesan Broccoli
Friday- Brinner (Breakfast for Dinner!)

Halloween
Color Run

    I also know too well the wonders and woes of being lazy, burnt out, and eating delicious crap. This is the day to start turning it around. YOU'VE GOT THIS....hopefully I do too :D

    Good luck, lady!! I know you can do it, because I'm gonna too!! I miss your blogs. You should live here, our fair was in August. It was fabulous. The only thing I regret, is that I'm too chicken to go on any rides.

One more thing because I like to pick on you (and I expect the same).... what's a pork LION taste like?? emoticon

    Stay on it! You have done so well! Stay positive, stay focused. You know how to do this, you can do this, you HAVE DONE this. Get that junk food out of here! Any and all motion, wether low-impact or kick-my-butt, it's all good exercising. If need be, start low, work high. Stay on track. You know how good you feel when you do! :)
