Sunday

1. I woke up at 4 am.

2. I went to bed at 8 pm.

3. My bedtime routine was lavender sheets and lullabies.

4. I had 2 tostadas at 4:30 pm (last food I ate).

5. I did cardio for 10 minutes at 10:30 am.

6. I drank no alcohol.

7. I had 4 cups of coffee at 4 am and 2 cups at 4 pm.

8. I took my medications at 4 am, 10:30 am, and 7 pm.

9. No naps.

10. No stressors, none expected tomorrow.

11. I had normal hunger (2/4).

12. I was wide awake (4/4).

13. I was calm (1/4).

Monday

1. It took me 5 minutes to fall asleep last night.

2. I woke up once at 1:45 am, but went back to sleep quickly.

3. I got a total of 8 1/2 hours of sleep last night!
