So, after my last blog, I realized I needed to get back to some weight training. I started up P90x (after my last attempt a few years ago which I didn't finish). I am currently training for a 10k (which is next Saturday, thank goodness), so here is my schedule:
Sun: Chest and Back / Run
Mon: Cardio X / Walk
Tue: Shoulders and Arms / Ab Ripper X / Run
Wed: Yoga / Run
Thu: Legs and Back / Ab Ripper / Walk
Fri: X-Stretch / Run
Sat: Kempo X / Walk
I have also increased my calorie intake to a rock bottom number of 1500, then I will also eat back my exercise calories which I burn that are over 500. I have to be careful not to over estimate my burn so I'm not holding myself back. I think the most I've eaten is 1850 calories so far. That's a lot of food when I've been living on less! It's kind of nice. I can almost eat "normal." The high burn days are usually the run days. Last night I ran 5 miles! (Oh, and I did it in just under 53 mins!)
Also, as a note, I took body measurements and pictures. I will update my measurements next week. I guess I should probably post those too!
