taking time for me

I work 6 days a week and only have one day off for ME. Today I took a drive to enjoy the colors of the changing leaves. Still had time to do the laundry and work out at the same time. I walk on the treadmill or lift at least 4 days a week. My hardest thing is to eat enough calories during the day-will work harder on that!
