This week has been nuts...even with a double-scoop Baskin-Robbins Waffle Cone one night (I had over 400 calories left to reach the bottom of my range because of eating so lightly earlier that day), and barely getting anything but my minimum 10 min exercise most days, I still logged a pound down when I weighed in Wed.
Not that I have anything spectacular to say, but I'm blogging to stay in the habit of blogging.
If you didn't see my new pics, check out the last 2 blogs. I'm so excited! My sis also called me (she hasn't seen me in person in months, but she's seen my pics on FB)...she's cleaning out her closet and has some size 10 jeans, a skirt suit, some slacks and tops, shorts... She's going to give them to me as soon as I can get out to meet her (about an hour away). Very excited about that!
I keep thinking that if I'm in a 12 now (some bottoms are even loose) right now, that by goal, I'll at least be an 8. It's conceivable that I might get into a 6 in some things. I can hardly fathom that.
Need some help & encouragement on the exercise lately - been forcing myself to do my 10 min/day, but sometimes it's half-hearted. My sched has been nuts, and I can't seem to get myself up early enough to do it first thing in the morning...if I'm not up by 7am, it's too late to get in a good walk/jog, and getting up has always been difficult for me.
Okay...so some good reports, and one cry for help/encouragement...not bad for a blog for blog's sake blog.
