Light Cream Cheesicles
This is not just a popsicle, it is healthier and much tastier!
1/2 cup well ripened banana
1/2 cup Light Cream Cheese
1 cup of either carrot or apple juice
Add all three ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth OR put all three ingredients to a bowl and mash with a fork for a more textured cream cheesicle.
Pour into 8 quarter cup moulds and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until frozen.
To loosen, run under warm water.
