OK, somewhere I lost a day. Oh well...
Relief today. A nice, very nice stretching routine. It was nice to be able to do this today. I also did the Fit Test (before Relief) for the half-way mark. I was glad to see I improved all across the board on all exercises. Not so bad!
I've been taking it easy, so I'm glad I did that first thing and had time to relax the rest of the day.
