I've missed my goal more than a few times now. When that happens, I reset my goal (lose lbs by date), usually trying for a rate of 5 lbs/month. As a result, the food allowed in the nutrition tracker increases. Is this the right thing to do? Or should I just leave the tracker settings alone even if/when I am beyond my goal date and did not make my goal? If so, is there a way to set them back to the original defaults?
Not that I need to worry about passing my goal date again...I can do it, and I WILL do it!
