It's the end of the week; I feel great about this week! I did at least 20 minutes of exercise everyday except Wednesday! Food intake is getting better, I am doing good with fruits, but veggies are still a struggle for me. The only veggie I ate this week was lettuce on a few sandwiches and salad with tomatoes. These veggies can get pricey and they go bad in a few days but I'm gonna try harder to work my way up to 3-5 veggies a day! I had spinach in a salad last week from a salad bar at the restaurant we ate at and it was good, but I can't seem to eat it at home?! And I can't afford a $6 salad that often! Well tomorrow starts a new week for me and I feel pretty good going into it. I am slowly reaching my goals and feel proud of myself at the moment. I weigh in tomorrow also, and I'm hoping to see a change on the scale but if not its not gonna let me down. I know I am doing better for myself!
