Getting to my Goals

Well part of this week's challenge is to blog about how reaching my weight and fitness goals will improve my life.
I don't know for sure how it will be, but I know how so far my life has improved. I have been taken off all my meds. So I am sure I will stay that way..or so I am hoping. I have more energy now and I am hoping to stay feeling as good if not better as I lose more weight.
My eating has improved so much. I don't have that urge to just give up...I do give in, but when I realize what I am doing I get right back on track.
I enjoy walking and now walk over 4 miles at least 5 days a week. I am seeing curves again. Wearing clothes I never thought I would wear again.
I have more self-confidence. I walk with better posture because I am really starting to like myself.
I don't know how improved my life will be when my goals are reached, but I know now it is so much better than it has been. I am more flexible, more energic, and feel better than ever before. It can only keep getting better.
