Staying Strong Through The Pain

Hi everyone, Eshara43 here making another blog to keep you posted on my recovery., This past week as been hell for me because I have stepped up my recovery more. I have been slacking off for the past 2 weeks because I enjoyed having my family wait on me but now its time to get my butt back into my physiotherapy exercises so I can regain the full use of my leg.

I start my day off by getting up at 6 am my time and doing some strengthening of my muscles in my leg mind ya it hurts like hell but no pain no gain i guess. I have to think of the pain as an obstacle that I have to overcome and I will overcome it one way or another. My mom told me that if I want to walk without a limp then i have to get it done so I am starting tomorrow morning by doing my leg exercises 3 times a day and then trying to walk without the limp. I know I can do this., I have from now until the end of November to get my leg working right because my hubbies companies christmas party is coming up soon and I love to dance so I have to get better before then.
