Well, I guess I have not been doing to bad on this journey of mine.
I lost 2 lbs this week! yay! I was excited and called everyone i know and told them! (some of my family was like, uh. . . ok?) but i was still happy. I bought my own scale today. It should be getting here Wednesday. I have been having to weigh myself at someone else's house so it will be easier to keep an eye on my weight now.
I have been doing a little better. :) i'm definitely being more aware of what i have been eating the past two weeks. My mother is super excited about it. She has always been pushing me into the way of being a healthier me.
And after losing my fiancee who what a huge part of my family as well, she just started to worry that much more. (he was a year younger than I.)
I think right now Soda is my set back, I don't think about it when I'm out and if i go buy something to drink in a gas station or vending machine, I forget and get a regular pop rather than a water or diet pop.
Walking is my form of exercise so I'm not sure what i'm going to do when it gets really really cold. There is no where for me to work out in the house (things are a little cramped) and i don't have the money to join a gym, nor the gas to get to one. So if you have any suggestions on what i should do there, please let me know!
I think that is all that is on my mind right now. . .
