Well, it's been a long time since I actually posted a real blog on here. I just wanted to put a progress report out there.
I had been a really good "sparker" for the first part of 2011 and lost about 35#, then I fell off the wagon and gained it all back plus some. I was still logging on to spark some, but I wasn't applying myself. I started back in again the first part of September, after I was at an all time high of 347.6# (according to my scale... the dr office read over 350.)
I have been concentrating on staying in my calorie range, and now I've been working on adding in my water as well. I have foot and knee issues, so I hadn't been exercising, but I did start adding in some low-impact exercise this week as well. I am currently involved in a few challenges (both on teams here and one at work) that have been keeping me motivated. I haven't lost a lot so far, but I am losing. Hopefully once I am more consistant with water and exercise, the weight will start coming off faster.
I hope that by the end of the year, I will be able to get my water in without a struggle, be exercising and staying in calorie range regularly, and have reduced pain in my knee and feet. I hope to be at my goal weight in about 2 years (unless it gets delayed by a pregnancy, DD is 3 already, I'm going on 38, and we are hoping to have another one... we'll see if it ever happens though, getting pg with her was hard enough!)
When I reach goal, I will be 1/2 my size!! (currently 340, goal 170).
