100 lbs. In 300 Days - Day Twenty-seven

Day 27...

Holy Cow Batman! I almost forgot to do my blog today! I would have been so disappointed with myself. But I'm here now and it's all good.

Saturday was a pretty good day. I got to visit with Nick and Kelsey some more and I managed to weed through and sort out my library full of books. Half got taken to my mother and the other half are settled into totes for the move.

I did okay yesterday. I made my calorie goals and got a little closer to balance on the protein/fat/carb chart. I missed breakfast and had a pint of soup and some cheese crackers for lunch. For supper I had a little bit of leftover pizza and weight watchers "smart one" meal. It was totally disgusting. I definitely won't be buying anymore weight watchers food. I'm getting farther and farther from boxed food of any kind and that's making me really happy.

I didn't get any exercise in though. I crashed hard when I did sleep. I think I am still a little sapped from that anesthesia (why does it kick my butt like that?) and the fact that the ulcerative colitis continues to do it's happy dance on my colon. Oh well. I will prevail. Just wait and see. It also does not help that I am ramping down from these awful steroids. Blah! But I know it can be done. Just watch me!

I am moving my weigh in this week from Monday to Tuesday, because Tuesday I will be 10% of the way through my 300 days. Hopefully I will have lost 10% of my 100 lbs. We'll see. I'm pretty dang nervous about that.

Well, my sweet hubby is home and I am going to enjoy the rest of my evening with him.

    I have a hard time balancing my nutrient ratios, too. Getting enough protein is especially difficult.
