Simplicity. What has worked before... WILL work again!

When I first began to SPARK my life, there were three things I did every day, no matter what.
1. Used the Wii daily, at least 15 minutes. 2. Drank ONLY water(perhaps with a bit of lemon or lime in it) 3. Tracked EVERYTHING, eating sensibly and knowing the truth that moderation is best.
Over the year, as Iife happened, I used it as an excuse to become slack when it came to my SP goals. A little more here, a little less there.
I believe there is no failure, only feedback. I have not failed over the last year! I HAVE learned there must be balance. An understanding must be achieved between me, myself, and I. I WILL reach my goals, that I AM worth becoming healthier and fitter. Me is not perfect. Me is going to take it one day at a time from now on. Me is going to continue to blog and write in a journal. Me is going to continue to keep a fitness journal! My self will be more grateful and willing to give, less self-centered(vain, proud, egotistical). My self will take care of ME and I, and DH. My self will LOVE all of US, and be willing to change in order to LOVE more.
I have had positives I can build on.
