10/21/12 Changed my focus

I changed my focus lately and have gained back 4 lbs.... sigh. When I was focused on daily exercise I had no problem getting to and staying at my goal weight.

Then I focused on other things and reduced my daily exercise - result 4 lbs back on.

I am happy dont get me wrong. I am currently in the community theatre production and loving it. I have practiced my lines and created some props for my crazy lady character. I LOVE IT! I have also continued my volunteer work which I also love.

So I need to continue the things I love and still get my arse out there to exercise!! AND bring my own snacks to play practice!!

I CAN DO IT!

    IS THERE ANY WAY YOU CAN INCORPORATE THE TWO? STRETCHES BETWEEN TAKES, DOING STAIRS (IF THERE ARE ANY) WHILE NOT ON STAGE?
    I REALIZE YOU HAVE TO BE RIGHT ON HAND SO YOU DON'T MISS YOUR CUE, BUT TAKING HOME PACKED SNACKS AND MOVING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE CAN HELP - EVEN MARCHING IN PLACE. YOU MAY LOOK GOOFY, BUT HOW MUCH DOES IT MEAN TO YOU? YOU HAVE SOME GOLDEN OPPORTUNITIES OUT THERE. WHAT KIND OF VOLUNTEER WORK DO YOU DO?
