I am having a serious problem getting back in the groove of things since we've had snow. oh joy.
I think my subconscious wants a break from working so hard but I really need to prevail and keep things going.
right now I going between 225 and 230. so I am going to set my goal right now to maintain at 225 at this 5 pound range than to keep going up and up.
I know I'd rather decrease, but I'd rather have an elongated pitstop, than to gain above 250 rather quickly. my progress from 175 to 250 happened over the course of 8 years, so technically, I should give my body a break. it has accomplished a lot.
I am thinking I need to be more grateful to my God-given body and all it has done, even with my goals instead of just seeing where I am NOT.
