That was truly my only plate and I did not even have any naan.
Today I did an 11.2 (Runkeeper) or 11.1 (Garmin...I think it didn't get the satellite right away) run today. It was walking for the first 5 miles and then running the rest of the way. With the cool down, I logged 11.39/11.29 miles. Only a couple of twinges in my wonky foot (at about 10 miles). Both feet are a little tired and slightly sore now but I think it's because they haven't this kind of workout for quite some time.
Yes, Catherine, I will foam roll my legs this evening but I am wearing compression socks right now.
We are going out with my in-laws for my mother-in-law's birthday in a few minutes. I'm going to enjoy some pasta :-)
