Yay!!! I finally did it. I got up the guts to go to stage 2. I've been eating healthy with very few lapses for a couple of weeks now and keeping up with tracking food. I haven't weighed in lately, but my clothes are getting looser so I can feel I've lost weight. I'm drinking my water every day. And I have more energy. So onward and upward!!!
