It has been 6 weeks since i started my first Biggest Loser Challenge and it it time to check myself.

Is my original Plan still working.....or do i have to go to Plan B?

Am i still on track with my original goals?

.... or am i slacking?

Let's see:

I had planned to track every bite....and i am right on target with that emoticon ...well...let's say....i have been darn near perfect these past 6 weeks emoticon Thanks to an 'App' (there is an app for that!!) called 'MyFitness Pal" ...and 'Thanks' to my friend Annie emoticon for introducing me to that awesome 'App' I apologize to Spark...but honestly this App is has so many more food choices in their Data bank already which eliminates the pain to add it yourself....

Exercise more.......and find new challenging workouts
I said i would add an additional 15min to my i on target?
Yes i am ....i have added an average of 30min to my daily workouts emoticon emoticon

I joined the 'Y' a couple of weeks ago....Thanks to my son..... emoticon he kept telling me over and over...'Mom those little 30min workouts.....and leisurely walks you are taking through the neighbor hood ( foot!!! I was sweating.....and my heart was beating....wasn't it??!! emoticon) ....are not need to push need to need to 'Up' your workouts.....blah...Blah..blah

I got tired of hearing it.....and finally did something and joined the 'Y". I had planned to join the 'Bootcamp class' but it doesn't work for me timewise......
But i have done 3 Zumba classes.....and got on the Spinning Bike....I ran instead of walking on the treadmill for several minutes....then back to walking....then back to running emoticon I have been on the 'glider elliptical machine.....and i am doing plenty of ST.

Eating healthy?

I do eat very healthy.....until it comes to sweets.... emoticon
I was going through a horrible phase for a good 3 weeks.....eating cookies every day......the emoticon monster inside of me took over.....and i finally had to make a decision.....

I am now 5 days 'cookie free' emoticon

But "Eating healthy' does not get a emoticon i have to work on this in a major way...i struggle too much with being tempted to eat 'sweets' on a daily basis.

As for the rest of my goals...."Staying dedicated....preparing my food at home'....staying determined'?
They are all getting a big fat emoticon
Yes i am bragging.....and i know it emoticon but i can honestly say that the Biggest Loser Challenge has been working for me......i may still not lose as much as i would love to...but i have always been a slow loser....but i do know one may take me longer then the average person to get to the Finish line...but i do know that i will get there!

    Sounds like you are doing awesome my friend!!
We all struggle with the sweets (especially cookies!!)
I have been craving cookies and come into work and see a big bag of them in the kitchen. Oh, I took one bite and threw out the rest and for some crazy reason...THAT was enough and satisfied my taste for choc chip cookies!

How did you like spin class? Since I still can't do high impact exercise..i've been doing a lot of spin and elliptical but miss kick boxing, and all the other classes!
Yay for you for mixing it up and getting your sweat on!

    Doing emoticon , keep it up.

I had to give up all sweets to get over it. Went clean eating, then paleo, now slow carb. It all helps, now I eat less of planned six days and anything I want the seventh. I still eat paleo the seventh, sheat day, but eat homemade treats like the cookies I ate yesterday. I was not craving anything though. The cookies were made with almond flour as I don't eat grains.
5 days without cookies or any processed foods with sweeteners will lead you to be without cravings.
