feeling better about myself now

I've been working so hard to lose weight lately just to get myself healthy. Because of medical issues losing weight is hard. almost impossible. I fluctuate between 3 lbs. gain then lose the same three pounds. i finally talked to me doctor about what i could do to help boost the weight loss without taking heavy duty drugs i have to spend a small fortune on. She suggested green tea extract. it has been shown to help those with hypothyroid boost their metabolism to help them lose weight. i dont have hypothyroid but the condition i have has nearly all the same symptoms. Green tea extract is also very cheap. i was able to buy 3 bottles of 60 pills 500mg a pill, online for 16 bucks. thats about as much green tea as you would get in 3 cups of brewed tea.i was very excited. my body hasnt let me get below 258 in a long time. ive been taking the pills for 3 days and and am already down to 255. i am so excited that this stuff is working. it gives me more energy and helps me sleep at night. i have to take it early in the day or i wont sleep but i can handle that haha. this has gotten me even more motivated to workout everyday and eat right. before when i wouldnt see any loss and wouldnt see any change i had given up. i figured i wasnt able to lose weight anyway so what was the point. now im seeing loss everyday and im starting to see physical changes and its making me so happy i try to keep it up. emoticon

    I am almost obsessive about only consuming or using natural products. I regularly take green tea extract to help with weight loss, and whenever I actually manage to remember to take them, they help me lose weight so much easier!

    I definitely think it's a good idea, and I'm so glad it's helping you too!

    The green tea is a natural pill and it Isnt actually a diet pill. It's got a small amount of natural caffeine but not enough to harm.

    Sounds great - I know that the research is still out on a lot of these things - BUT if it is working for you and your health is not suffering, why not try it? Watch the BP though as with most "diet pills" that have caffeine in them, they can elevate your BP and so you want to keep an eye on it.
