Interval bump

I've missed a couple of entries so this seems weird but I bumped my interval times today. I ran 7 minutes and walked 3 minutes alternating for 6.72 miles in 1 hour 21 minutes and some seconds. This was A and I's second Sunday morning run and it turned out great! She's pushing my distance and I am pushing her pace (when I run). She's trying to get me to sign up for a 10K at Thanksgiving and I am thinking about it if we'll be in town.
