I haven't accomplished a lot, but I haven't backslid either.
1. Staying in Calorie Range - this continues to be the ideal. I think the basis has to be focusing on healthy food choices.
2. Water - I've been much, much better with this.
3. Running - Fascitis has me off track, but I should be slowly easing back this week.
4. Strength Training - Oops. Definitely need to get back on track here.
I'm getting okay with a goal of 1/2 pound a week instead of 2 pounds. I think it's the lifestyle changes/habits that I need to focus on.
