I need to read Chapter 8 in Spark book and begin the Action Steps.
* I need at least 4, solid work-outs
* I need to keep my cals closer to the start of my range or in the middle.
I had too many days last week where they were close to the end/"top-out."
I also had 1 Binge Day where I went over! (taco bell and I pigged out!)
I want to Reach the Finish Line & Get these Last 14 lbs OFF!
