Mid-Challenge Tune-Up

This is a tough thing to do... I am on track with everything but the weight loss, but I set the weight-loss high because I work harder if it is higher. I am off by a few pounds. So, I will change that goal to 2 lbs per week for the duration of the challenge, so that I am at 263 by challenge end.
