So I pretty much failed Insanity. The past week and a half, I've been very spotty with my workouts. I've been dealing with home troubles. I've tried my hardest but I've decided I will try again when I'm ready.
But, in the meantime. I WILL be doing it 2-3 times per week. And on the other days, I will do other things. (I have different DVDS I can use to switch it up.). Also, I was going to go running like I did before I started Insanity. I'm especially excited about that one because the weather is becoming so nice and beautiful and I can't wait to be outside in it!
Regardless, I'm still going to try my hardest, I just had to make some modifications to my plan. I've also decided that when I lose another fifteen pounds, then I will try Insanity again.
They are great DVD's but I'm horrible with repetitiveness. I want to be able to say I graduated that program though so I will take the necessary steps to do so.
Sorry for the rant. But yeah.
I feel okay with the decision. I wish I could have done better, but what my new plan consists of will still take me closer to my goals so I need to focus on that.
