Just got motivated by buying a new life insurance policy- they go by your health,
age, height and weight--- I need to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks in order for me to save $20
a month. I didn't know they go by weight. OMG, this will be a great challenge and
motivation to lose weight and keep this weight off by working out daily.
There isn't any more excuses now. My biggest excuse I'm tired or don't feel
like it will do it later.
Also its hard to hold my grandson, my back and arms hurt. My goal is to
workout daily, drink alot of water, portion control and lose this weight.
