I am not very good at taking photos - nor am I very photogenic hehehehehe!

Well, I been sticking to my plan and trying to work it every single minute. Any body that has undertaken weight loss knows how it seeps into everything... food choices, time-spent decision-making, conversation.... It begins to own you.

My plan is and has been to workout a minimum of 60 minutes a day - every day - and keep my calories between 1200 - 1350. No eating out, and an accountability of every bite eaten.
It's working. It's the choices I make. Like a Falcon, I can soar! Go, girl, go!
