I didn't get in my 60 minutes of cardiac yesterday, but I did do alot of walking while I was out running errands.
Here are a few fitness articles I read yesterday:

Play ball, rake, hike, horseback riding, picking pumpkins, visiting a haunted house, running a race.
I liked the idea of hiking and horseback riding. Though, I feel that I'm still too heavy to inflict that on a horse. I'll add it as a reward though, because it is something I enjoy and miss.
This was kind of a duh article in my opinion. A study found that diet alone resulted in fat and muscle loss, exercise alone resulted only in fat loss and some increased muscle mass.
I liked this article because I'm big on fitness on the cheap. I didn't realize you could haggle with a gym over fees. That's out for me: world's worst negotiator!
Okay, another duh article. Maybe I've just been around enough to know most of this stuff. I was really interested in getting more info on weightlifting, but this article wasn't it.
