This week I worked out for three days. I did not weight in because I am afraid that I didn't drop any weight. However, I am determine to succeed so I am going to continue to week two.
Plans for week #2:
- Work out 5 days
- Cook on Sunday and prepare lunch for work
- Minimize my carbohydrates for breakfast
- Tell at least one more person of my weight lost journey
- Buy a kitchen scale
I will provide an update on the progress of week #2 and I will definitely weight in to see my progress.
