Ok, so I realize that I have been a very bad Sparker and haven't been doing what this website is here for since I signed up almost 2 years ago.
Well a few weeks ago I woke up one morning and was so sick of myself and my procrastinating and my self-pity that I decided it was finally time to do something about it. I guess I'm at that point where I have finally been completely honest with myself and decided that I am tired of sitting here complaining about how fat I am, how out of shape, and all that other blah, blah, blah. I guess I just got motivated enough. FINALLY!!!!! I can't really say why, or what my exact reasons are but I'm finally taking steps towards the me I want to be. Someone who is active and feels good about herself.
I did a crazy thing though, I ordered TapouT XT and I got it on Monday Oct 16th. On Tuesday I popped in the first workout on the schedule they recommend that you to follow and I haven't stopped since.
The workouts are mad crazy hard, I sometimes cry because of the craziness but I have successfully (albiet with some slight modifications to certain moves) completed each workout so far. Tomorrow is Day 6 and the workout scheduled is Sprawl & Brawl and I say BRING IT ON !!!!!!!!!!
