I made it over the hump and Im still going strong. My son was sick this week so I missed 2 days of Insanity and today I'm playing catch up 2 workouts done 2 more left I plowed through Plyometric Cardio and Pure Cardio still have Cardio Abs and Cardio Recovery left to complete. I'm getting stronger and able to do each exercise longer each time. I go on the scale again last night and I really need to not do this because that number is not moving even though I giving it my all. At first I let this get me down but then I saw my reflection in the mirror and I can definitely see a difference around my waist line. So no more scale for 2 weeks that will be right around my 30 day mark. I will continue to push play and keep it moving. I am not going to cheat myself this go round. I can do it.
