My BLC Restart

This year seems to be a series of restarts. One more time, with feeling! My plan is simple: streak to the new year with 60 minutes of fitness daily and cut back on sugar and processed foods. That's it. Implied in that is counting calories and getting in that sweet spot of elevated heart rate when I work out. Done and done. I hope it's worth 12 pounds, but I'll take what I get.

    Good luck with the streak! I've never been able to keep one going - I need a rest day once a week!
