New Committment

Day 5 of logging everything I eat. Doing great and patting self on back for the discipline to write everything down, the good, the bad and the ugly. Learned Friday of the successful suicide of a dear friend. Ironically, the day I found my new found committment to self control is the day she took her life. Totally unrelated events, of course. Just something that struck me as I was looking back over my spark people nutrition log for the week and the date on the day I started. I am sad this week.
