Hello Spark Friends.
I haven't been posting blogs this month, but I want you to know that I have been coming on at least once a day to check up on friends. I always look forward to seeing updates, even if I don't always have time to comment.
Well, it's hard to believe that it's almost half way through this semester. Homework, assignments, and studying for tests have gotten out of control, and I have not been able to decrease my work hours even though I had intended to. And so that drive that I had towards a healthy lifestyle has lost priority in my life. Not good, I know.
The good news is that I weighed in today (after a month of not weighing), at 164.4. This is down from 166.4 a month ago. I know that's not a huge loss, but I am really happy for those results. I think that although I've started allowing myself more indulgences, and I've stopped tracking altogether, I still learned enough good habits over the summer to have a lasting effect. Hopefully, with a little more effort, November will see more improvements!
