Reviewing my goals

I am returning to Florida on Tuesday.

I wanted to lose 4 pound while I was here but it has only been 1.

by Christmas I want to lose 10 pounds.

I will take at least 7000 steps each day weekends included. I did this a lot but not often enough. the weekends are the hardest for me. I'm lucky to get 4000 on the weekends

I will walk 5 days a week emoticon

I will do cardio 3 days a week. emoticon

I will do strenght 3 days a week. emoticon

I will try to get all of my goals accomplished this time

    I know you haven't met your goal but Peggy how many people do you know that go on vacation and LOSE weight? That is freaking awesome!! I think once you get back to your routine at home those pounds are going to melt away emoticon emoticon

    Those sound like great goals! I would also like to lose 10 lbs. by Christmas. I'm sticking to my eating and fitness plan so I'm hoping it will happen! Have a safe trip back to Florida!
