This is one of my biggest problems. My physiotherapist calls it binge fitness. I feel like if I have a rest day I have failed. I'm really working hard on this one as since I've upped the intensity of my exercise I have to take a break now and then. When I resolve my moderation issues I know I will be well on my way.
Today's SparkCoach was really helpful in explaining why moderation is much better than perfectionism and while it all made perfect sense, I suspect it's something that I will be working on for a while yet. I will be revisiting that video lesson a few times but need to find a good motivational quote about moderation so I can have it with me at all times as a reminder.
